Full Details on 2025 Hyundai Venue – It’s giving mini-Creta vibes! | First Look | Autocar India !
Hyundai has fully unveiled its new venue and while prices will only be announced on the 4th of November, here’s all of what we know so far. For starters, Hyundai says this is not a facelift, but an all new generation. And the exterior styling, interiors, and dimensions seem to indicate just that.

The new Venue is 48 mm taller, 30 mm wider. And importantly, the wheelbase has grown by 20 mm, measuring 2520 mm. This hopefully will translate to better rear legroom, something the predecessor had in short supply. Style-wise, the new Venue has a more upright stance and sharp and striking details. Like the Creta, the front now sports a continuous DRL that drops down at the outer edges, and it also has a rectangular grill with rectangle-shaped air inlets.

At the side, there’s also a contrast painted D-pillar reminiscent of the Creta, though the strong crease lines on the front and rear fenders are more extra like. The rear sports a full width LED light bar that also has the venue lettering enclosed within. On the inside, the big change is a curved instrument panel comprising of two 12.3 in screens.

That is even larger than the Cretas. There are thankfully though a lot of physical buttons including those for the ventilated seats, the parking camera, electronic parking brake, and drive and traction modes which are new to the venue. The steering wheel is also new and loses the Hyundai H logo for the four dots that are a cheeky reference to the letter H in most code just like we saw on the Ionic 5.

For rear passengers, there should be more room thanks to the longer wheelbase, but the rear seats recline too. And Hyundai says entry should be easier with wider opening doors. Onto power tins. Now, the new venue carries forward those of its predecessor. So, choices are an 83 horsepower 1.2 L naturally aspirated petrol, 120 horsepower 1 L turbo petrol, and a 100 horsepower 1.5 L diesel.

The naturally aspirated petrol should be available with a manual only, whereas the turbo would also see the option of a seven-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox. Like before, the diesel will come with a manual, but this time around, the new car should also see the option of an automatic transmission, too.
