Vivo has recently introduced two new smartphones – Vivo X200 FE 5G and Vivo V60 5G in the Indian market. One of these comes in the flagship range, while the other tries to be a balanced option for mid-range users. Both the phones have a good design, strong camera setup and reliable battery backup. But if you want to choose only one phone, which one will be right? Let’s know.
The X200 FE is a compact design phone, which feels easy to hold and use. Its body is light and size is also small. At the same time, the V60 is slightly bigger, but slim, which also gives it a premium feel. Both phones come with IP68 and IP69 ratings, that is, there is no need to fear water and dust.
The X200 FE has a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display, whose brightness goes up to 5000 nits. The screen is easy to read even in sunlight. V60 meanwhile boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, with the brightness only extending to 1300 nits. Both phones have good color and sharpness, but the X200 FE’s display looks more smooth and vibrant.
The X200 FE has the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, which is currently considered a powerful processor in the market. The V60 has Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, which is fine for mid-range performance. If you do things like gaming, multitasking or photo-editing, then you will get a better experience in the X200 FE.
Both phones have a triple camera setup with Zeiss optics – 50MP main camera, 50MP telephoto and 8MP ultrawide lens. Both have 3x optical zoom. However, the X200 FE also has autofocus feature in the front camera, which gives clear results in selfies and video calling. This feature is not available in the V60.
The X200 FE comes with Android 15, while the V60 will get Android 16. The X200 FE has UFS 3.1 storage which is fast, while the V60 has UFS 2.2, which is considered a slightly older standard. If you want more storage and faster performance, then the X200 FE is better.
Both phones have a 6500mAh battery and also have 90W fast charging support. The battery backup lasts comfortably for the whole day and charging is also done in a few minutes.
The X200 FE has a starting price of ₹54,999, which puts it in the flagship category. Pricing for the V60 will be Rs 37,000 to ₹40k. If you are on a budget but want a good camera and battery, the V60 is a smart choice.
If you are more focused on performance, camera, and compact design, the Vivo X200 FE 5G will be better for you. But if you are on a limited budget and looking for a balanced phone, the Vivo V60 5G can be a value-for-money device for you.
In the end, both the phones are strong in their respective segments – now it depends on your needs which one you choose.
